திட்டமிடல்  ஆயிரகணக்கான தொழில்முனைவோர்கள் ஆண்டுதோறும் அடியெடுத்து வைத்தாலும் அதில் வெகுசிலரே வெற்றி என்னும் வேட்கைக்கு மிக அருகில் செல்கின்றனர்.இதற்க்கான முழுமுதல் காரணமே திடமான திட்டமிடல்  இல்லாதது தான். திட்டமிடல் என்பது வெறும் பணம் சம்மந்தப்பட்ட  விஷயம் அல்ல. தனக்கு இந்த தொழில் சரியாக அமையுமா சரியாக அமையாவிட்டால் என்ன செய்வது என்று சிறு சிறு விசையங்களை கூட எழுத்தாக்க வழியில் திட்டமிட்டு செய்தால் ஒழிய இக்கால சூழ்நிலையில் மேடுருவது மிக கடினம் . எதிர்பார்ப்பு  சரியாக திட்டமட்ட பல  தொழில்முனைவோர்கள் இந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பு என்னும் சுழலுக்குள்  சிக்கி சின்னாபின்னமாய் போய்விடுவார்கள் . எதிர்பார்ப்பு என்பது தொழில் துவங்கிய சில காலங்களிலே பெரிதாக எதிர்பார்ப்பது. அதில் தவறேதும் இல்லை என்றாலும் இப்பொது முத்திரை பதித்த தொழில்முனைவோர்கள் வாழ்க்கையை புரட்டி பார்த்தல் அவர்கள் இன்றும் கூட எதிர்பார்ப்பு இல்லா யதார்த்தத்தை வெளிகாட்டுவர்கள் . எல்லையில்லா கனவு  இங்கு உள்ள பல வளரும் தொழில்முனைவோர்கள் தங்களுடைய கனவிற்கு  ஒரு எல்லைகோட்டை  தீர்மானி...

பொறியியலுக்கு பின் ஒவ்வொரு பொறியாளனும் சொல்ல முடியா மனக்குமுறல்களை மனதிற்குள் புதைத்துவிட்டு , வெள்ளேந்தியான சிரிப்பை மட்டும் வெளிச்சமாய் காட்டுகிறான். தான் எதற்கு தகுதியானவன் என்பதை தரம் காண்பதற்கு மட்டுமே அந்த நான்கு வருட பொறியியல் பயணம் அவனை தாரைவார்த்து கொள்கிறது. அரசு கல்லூரியில் படித்தவனுக்கும் , அயல் நாட்டு தோரனையில் படித்தவனுக்கும் இது பொருந்தாத கூற்றுதான் . ஏனென்றால் அவர்களின் வாழ்க்கை கல்லூரி முடியும் முன்னே கனகச்சிதமாக கணிக்கபட்டுவிடும். பாவம் இதில் பரிதாபத்திற்க்கு உள்ளாபவர்கள் இரண்டாம் நிலை கல்லூரியில் படித்த இயலா வர்க்கம் தான். இயலா வர்க்கத்தின் வாரிசுகள்தான் இயன்றதை செய்து கொண்டு இன்றளவும் சென்னையை வலம் வருகின்றார்கள் . நிச்சயம் இனியும் வலம் வருவார்கள். இந்த இயலா வர்க்கத்தின் இயந்திரவியல் பொறியாளனோ மூன்று வேளை உணவிற்க்கு தினக்கூலியாய் அந்த அயல்நாட்டு தோரனைக்கு அடி பணிந்து அடிமையாய் உழைக்கிறான். கணிணிஅறிவியல் படித்தவனோ training என்ற பெயரில் கால்காசு வாங்காமல் கலூன்ற வழியின்றி அதையே நினைத்து தவிக்கிறான். இரு பிரிவினருக்கும் இருக்கும் ஒரே ஒற்றுமை தன் ...

தனக்கான தேடலை தான்தோன்றியாய் துறந்துவிட்டு காலமாற்றத்தால் இருக்கின்ற துறையை இன்முகமாய் ஏற்கின்றனர் இக்கால இளைஞர்கள் . இது ஏதோ இன்று மட்டும் நடப்பதல்ல , நமது தந்தையின் இளமையிலும் நடந்திருக்ககூடும் . அவர்களும் அப்போது இப்படிதான் மனம் நொந்திருப்பார்கள் . இன்று ஏதோ ஏதோ துறைகளில் பிரபலமாகிருக்கும் ஆத்மாக்களை நேர்காணல் எடுத்தால் தெரிந்துவிடும் அவர்களின் உண்மையான ஆசையை பற்றி . இருந்தும் தனக்கான தேடலை தாரக மந்திரமாக உச்சரித்த உன்னதங்களும் இங்கு சாதிக்காமல் இல்லை . இதில் வேடிக்கை என்னவென்றால் இக்கால இளைஞர்களுக்கு இதுதான் நமக்கான தேடல் என்று தடம் காண்பதற்கே கல்லூரியை கடக்க வேண்டியுள்ளது. நான்கு வருட உழைப்பை பொறியியலில் காட்டிவிட்டு , பிறகு தான் விழிப்பார்கள் . தனக்கு இது சரிவராது என்று .. இது பொறியியலுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல கலை &அறிவியலுக்கும் ஏற்புடையது தான் ... அப்படி விழித்தவர்கள் ஒன்று அதே துறையில் அரை மனதாக பயனிப்பார்கள் இல்லை தனக்கான துறையில் முழுமனதோடு உழைப்பார்கள் . இதில் அந்த அரை மனது காரர்களை பற்றி பேசி எந்த பயனும் இல்லை . ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் தோல்விக்கு பயந்தவர்கள் . ஆனால்...

ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் புதிதான பயணத்தோடு விடைதெரியா வினாவை விறுவிறுப்பாய் தொடுத்து பதிலை மட்டும் தேடிக்கொண்டே நீள்கிறது இந்த கலிகால வாழ்க்கை . தேடுபவன் சற்றுநேரம் நின்றாலே பிணம் என்று சொல்லி மிதித்தே கொன்றுவிடும். கருணைக்கு கணக்கு பார்க்கும் , பெருமைக்கு அள்ளி கொடுக்கும். உறவை துச்சமாக என்னும் , நட்பை உச்சமாக காட்டும் ... உச்சமும் துச்சமாகி போகும் உதவி என்று கேட்டு வந்தால்... வெற்று காகிதத்தால் காதல் வரும்...அந்த காகிதமும் கரைந்திடவே வந்த காதலும் கானலாய் மறையும் .. தந்தையும் அநாதையாவான் ... அன்னையும் அன்பை தேடி அலைவாள். பணம் என்னும் அழுத்தத்தில் பாசத்தை துலைத்து ... பதராகி போன இந்த மனதிற்கு மன அழுத்தம் என்பது தேவையான ஒன்று தான். தேவைதான் என்றாலும் அடுத்த நொடி என்ன நடக்கும் என்பதை அறியாத வாழ்க்கைக்கு , இத்துனை அழுத்தங்கள் தேவை தானா ? இதை சொல்லியும் பயனில்லை என்பதை அறிந்தும் சொல்லிதான் தொலைகிறது இந்த ஆறாம்இலக்க அறிவு.
